Introduction

Ingredients

    12 serving Hickman's Large Eggs
    2 serving Ready Pac foods Baby Spinach bag
    8 serving Market Pantry mild cheddar finely shredded cheese
    1 serving Market Pantry Skim Milk

Tips

Grease the muffin pans with cooking spray.


Directions

Mix in a blender:

1 bag of spinach
1 bag of shredded cheddar cheese
1 cup of skim milk
12 large eggs

Spoon into muffin or cupcake pan.

Bake at 350 degrees for 25 minutes.

Don't forget to spray the pan with cooking spray.
