Keto friendly Donuts, basic recipe Keto friendly Donuts, basic recipe
Number of Servings: 1

    3 tbsp Cream Cheese
3 serving 1 large egg (per the egg board) 50g
1 serving Bob's Red Mill Almond Flour - per 1/4 Cup
1 tbsp Bob's Red Mill Coconut Flour (by BABYHUNT)
    1 tsp Baking Powder
    1 tsp Vanilla Extract
12 tsp Pyure Organic Stevia Blend Sweetner - adjusted carbs for erythritol (by BERIEDER)
    1 tbsp Butter, salted
    1.2 gram(s) Sea Salt, dash

1. Use an electric beater to mix all ingredients thoroughly.
2. Pour mixture into prepared donut pan. (I use one I bought from Amazon, Wilton Nonstick 6-Cavity Donut Pan) Fill to almost the top of the center “hole”. This recipe with make 9 donuts, so you need to wait to cook the final 3 or buy 2 pans. You can also opt to make a couple of pancakes with the remainder.
3. Bake until golden brown about 8-10 minutes.
4. Turn out and Eat. Optional glaze when cooled.
Fresh berries or coco can be added and you can glaze with a sugar free glaze.

Serving Size: 9 donuts
