    1.0 cup Egg whites, Naturegg Simply Egg Whites, 1/4 cup = 2 egg whites
    4.0 serving Eggs - Jumbo Grade A Eggs - California Ranch Fresh - 1 Egg = 1 Serving (63g)
    1.0 cup, grated Carrots, raw
    1.0 cup, sliced Zucchini
    0.3 cup, crumbled Feta Cheese
    0.5 cup, chopped Onions, raw
    0.5 cup Spinach, frozen

Directions

Fry up veggies... let cool and mix with beaten eggs. Put in cake pan and bake 350 for approx. 20 minutes.
