Ingredients

    1 cup egg whites
    2 scoops Quest Protein Powder Vanilla
    1 cup Quick Oats
    1/2 cup cup Frozen Mixed Berries
    Dash cinnamon
    1/2 tsp. baking soda

Tips

You can pop these in the fridge and eat them cold as a snack.


Directions

Mix all ingredient together in a large bowl. Spray pan with coconut oil. Cook on medium heat, flip after 5 minutes, cook another 5 minutes.
