Ingredients

    16 oz Ground Pork
    16 oz Turkey, Ground turkey, 93% lean
    2 tsp Garlic powder
    2 tsp Onion powder
    1 large Egg, fresh, whole, raw
    1 tbsp A1 steak Sauce
    30 gram(s) Bread Crumbs, Panko (Japanese style), Kikkoman-1/2 cup, 30g

Tips

You can add vegetables to this or other seasonings. This is just a basic meatloaf that you can build up any way you like. Although it tastes good on its own.


Directions

Mix ingredients together well. Forn into loaf pan. Bake at 350 for 25 minutes, covered. Remove cover and return to oven for 10 minutes.
