    Romaine Lettuce (salad), 2 cup, shredded
    Red Ripe Tomatoes, 1 tomato
    London Broil, 3 oz
    Portmanns Lite Italian Dressing, 1 tbsp
    Cider Vinegar, 1 tbsp
    Birds Eye Zucchini & Squash Mixture, 0.75 cup
    Portabella Mushrooms, 1/2 sliced


Grill the vegetables, with season if you like. Grill the London Broil from rear to medium and slice in pieces. Assemble the salad as followed. the lettuce, vegetables, tomato,and meat.
This was filling and very good.
