This is a tasty wrap with zucchini, onion, spinach, crushed red pepper, and fat free ranch on a fat free whole wheat tortilla. You can substitute the ranch with hummus or even home made guacamole. Ingredients

Nonstick spray for sauteeing
1 small to medium zucchini, cubed
1/2 onion, chopped
1/2 cup spinach
1 clove garlic, chopped or crushed
1/4 tsp crushed red pepper
Salt and pepper to taste
2 tbsp fat free ranch dressing
1 fat free whole wheat tortilla
Directions
Chop zucchini and onion.
Spray nonstick spray in pan and heat over medium to medium high.
Saute zucchini, onion, and garlic for about 5 minutes.
Add spinach and red pepper and saute until spinach is wilted, about 5 minutes.
Add salt and pepper to taste.
Warm tortilla in microwave for about 20 seconds.
Spread 2 tbsp of fat free ranch on tortilla.
Top with sauteed veggies.
Wrap up and enjoy!
