Ingredients

    1 cup Oat Meal
    0.2 cup Oat Bran
    0.5 cup whole kernels Almonds, dry roasted
    0.5 cup Peanuts, dry-roasted
    0.5 cup, chopped Hazelnuts
    0.5 cup, whole Cranberries
    3 tbsp chia seeds
    1 serving Whey protein - 1 scoop= 24gr protein and 126 calories
    2 tbsp *Flax Seed
    2 tbsp Honey

Tips

Wait until cooled off


Directions

Hold the chia seeds in the 1 cup water for a 10 minutes.
Chopped or ground the dried ingredients (almond, hazelnut, peanut).
Mix all of them, spread and flatten on a baking sheet.
Cut into 8 before baking.
Bake for a 30 minutes at 175 degrees.
