Ingredients

1/4 c + 2 TBLSP Orange Juice
1 TBLSP Lemon Juice
1 TBLSP - ReaLime 100% Lime Juice
2 clove Garlic , smashed
1/2 tsp Dried Thyme
1/2 tsp Sage, dried
1/2 tsp Salt
1/4 tsp Pepper, black
20 oz Hormel Always Tender Boneless Pork Loin, Fresh Pork (5 oz each)
1 TBLSP Grey Poupon Dijon Mustard
1 tbsp + 1 tsp Extra Virgin Olive Oil
Directions
In large ziploc bag, combine 2 TBLSP orange juice, lemon juice, lime juice,garlic, thyme, sage, salt, pepper, and oil. Add pork to bag and seal tightly before shaking it to evenly coat the meat,. Mariniate for at least 1 hour and up to 8 hrs in the refrigerator.
In a small bowl, whisk together the mustard and 1/4 c orange juice. Set aside.
Spray a grill pan wit Pan and reheat. Add pork and grill for 4 minutes on the first side. Flip and grill on the other side until cooked through but still juicy, about 2 minutes longer.
Serve pork with the mustard sauce.
