Introduction

A canned salmon sandwich salad alternative to tuna fish salad. A canned salmon sandwich salad alternative to tuna fish salad.
Number of Servings: 6

Ingredients

    14.5 oz Pink Salmon (canned)
3 tbsp Kraft Mayo w/ Olive Oil, reduced fat mayonaise
    2 tbsp Dill Relish, Heinz

Tips

I serve my half cup serving on a Pepperidge Farm slider bun that's 100 calories a bun for a light lunch.

Directions

Open canned salmon and drain juice, then place salmon in a bowl and crush the little bones between your fingers. I never take them out because they add calcium to your daily intake. Add Mayo and dill relish then mix well with fork.
