Introduction

I had left over yucca and came up with this as a way of using it. The ingredients were determined by what was on hand. I do not use salt nor pepper for health reasons so it may be too bland for some.     8 oz Yucca Boiled (by LIMASTAR)
    4 oz REST PORK BOILED SPARE RIBS (by ARCLITE)
    2 clove Garlic
    .25 tsp ground tumeric (by INSPIREDBYCHJ)
    .25 tsp Sage, ground
    2 tsp PC Canola Olive Oil Blend (by GFNOMAD)

Tips

This dish could be spiced up using taco seasoning or other items


Directions

Heat the oil in skillet. combine remaining ingredients and place in skillet until they are lightly browning. Serve hot
