    1 tbsp Honey
    6 tsp Grey Poupon Dijon Mustard
    6 tsp Heinz White Wine Vinegar
    6 tsp Lemon Juice 'Real Lemon' 100% juice
    1 cup Cannellini Beans White Kidney Beans Bushs
    2 serving Green Onion (fresh-1 stalk)
    2 serving Wheat Berries - Bob's Red Mill - .25 cup raw 48 grams makes .50 cup cooked
    5 tbsp Extra Virgin Olive Oil

Directions
