    1/2 tsp. oregano
    1 tsp. chili powder
    1/2 tsp. garlic powder
1/4 cup finely chopped onion (optional)
1/4 cup finely chopped celery (optional)
1/4 cup yellow cornmeal (optional) **

Tips

**If you omit the cornmeal (which is mostly in for thickness and texture) then it is only 118.6 calories per serving.

Directions

Stir all the ingredients together in a big enough pot to hold everything.
If you're using the onions and celery, simmer for about an hour so they'll soften.
Otherwise you can just cook it until it's heated up.
