1 tsp Baking Powder
2 tsp Cinnamon, ground
1 tsp Seasoning - Morton Fine Sea Salt (Mediterranean Sea Salt) (by --SHELLEY--)
1 cup Nature's Promise Vanilla Organic Soy Milk (by ARIANAH73)
0.75 cup Musselman's Home Style Natural Unsweetened Apple Sauce
4 tbsp Crazy Richards 100% natural Peanut Butter
3 serving Nectresse no-calorie sweetener (1 packet)
Tips
This can be topped or with a thin layer of natural chocolate for a great dessert that will be gluten free and guilt free. Also a Great healthy snack for kids to grab and go between sports.
Directions
Preheat the oven to 350 degrees Fahrenheit and line a 9″ brownie pan with parchment paper both ways.
In a large bowl, stir together the oats, peanut powder, baking powder, cinnamon and salt.
Whisk in the milk.
Whisk in the applesauce, then the peanut butter, and then the nectresse.
Pour batter into the prepared pan and bake for ~45 minutes, or until the surface springs back when tapped.
Let cool slightly, then serve!
Moist and delicious!
