    10.0 tbsp Heavy Whipping Cream
    30.0 Grams Basil
    5.0 clove Garlic
    1.0 cup, chopped Onions, raw
    3.0 medium whole (2-3/5" dia) Tomatoes, red, ripe, raw, year round average
    3.0 cup Chicken stock, home-prepared
    2.0 tbsp Extra Virgin Olive Oil
    3.0 tbsp Carrington Farms Organic Coconut Oil
    2.0 cup Tomatoes - sm cherry tomatoes


1. Roast Cherry tomatoes with some olive oil in grill or broiler 2. Heat coconut oil in the sauce pan and once heated add garlic and onions 3. Once onions are light brown, add the chopped tomatoes 4. Add the roasted tomatoes and basil and spices 5. Add chicken stock and cream and let simmer for 10 to 15 minutes 6. Once done, use a hand blender to blend till smooth. Serving Size: Makes 6 servings
