    0.5 cup, strips Green Peppers (bell peppers)
    0.5 cup, chopped Onions, raw
    1.0 serving Egg whites, Egg Beater Liquid Egg Whites
    0.5 cup, shredded Cheddar Cheese
    2.0 slices (6 per 6-oz pkg.) Canadian Bacon


Prechop and freeze a big bag of all the dry ingredients. Put one cup of the mix into a pan and after they have thawed pour egg whites.
