Ingredients

    1.0 cup chayote
    1.0 cup rhubarb, frozen
    1.0 tbsp walden farms strawberry syrup
    1.0 tsp lemon zest
    1.0 cup splenda, granulated
    1.0 tbsp Lemon juice
    1 - 2 cinnamon sticks, optional
    Ginger, ground or fresh, optional
    Strawberry extract flavoring, optional

Directions

Mix all ingredient in crockpot, cook for 4 - 6 hours on high or overnight on low. Can peel and seed chayote if desired, will affect fiber count if peeled. Taste and adjust seasonings/sweetener to taste.
