Introduction

Ingredients

    476 g Salmon
    1.5 T Kikkoman Less Sodium Soy Sauce
    1T Ginger
    0.5 t Sambal oelek
    0.5 t Splenda
    0.5 t Tamarind and Chili Spice (Club House Brand)

Directions

Mix ingredients (except salmon, obviously) in container large enough to marinade the fish, then add salmon, skin side up and marinade in fridge for 1 hour. Preheat oven to 350 F and line baking sheet with foil. Transfer fish, skin side down and drizzle marinade over top of it. Bake x 15 min, then broil for a further 3.
