4 serving Eggland's Best Large Egg
4 tbsp *Kraft Mayo with Olive Oil (reduced fat mayonnaise)
2 tsp Kroger Yellow Mustard (by AMYBETH70)
1 tbsp Dill pickle relish (Kroger) (by AMINOH)
0.5 tsp Fresh Ground Black Pepper (by BOWENFB50)
1 serving Garlic - minced (1 tsp) (by ELLERCADE)
0.25 tsp Morton Extra Coarse Sea Salt (by SFUMENTO)
.5 tsp Dill weed, dried
.5 tsp Paprika
Tips
You may omit the relish for a lower sodium option and the salt.
Directions
Boil eggs on stove top for at least 20 minutes to a hard boil. When done place eggs in a separate bowl full of ice water for 5 minutes. This will make eggs so much easier to peel without damaging eggs in the process.
Cut eggs in half lengthwise and pull out yolks and place on a separate bowl and smash them up with a fork very fine. Add mayo, mustard, dill relish, garlic, and spices except paprika and mix well into yolks.
Fill egg whites with the yolk mixture with a spoon and sprinkle with the paprika and serve.
Serving Size: Makes 8 half eggs
