Ingredients

    3 unit 2 large or 5 small Scallops, raw
    4 oz Shrimp, raw
    2 cup, sliced Zucchini
    1 cup, pieces or slices Mushrooms, fresh
    2 clove Garlic
    1 tbsp Extra Virgin Olive Oil
    0.25 tsp Crushed Red Pepper Flakes (by SHERILG)
    3 tsp Kraft grated parmesean cheese

Tips

Need a spiralizer or a "VEGGETTI" to make zoodles...a handy gadget..can use other veggies too..carrots, any squash..etc.


Directions

Saute scallops on olive oil until both sides turn brown, add peeled shrimp, garlic..cook until opaque..remove to bowl. Same pan..add zoodles, pepper flakes, mushrooms cook until tender.salt optional. Add seafood back into zoodles..heat on low for few minutes..add cheese and toss. Serve with fresh salad and toasted baguette slices.

Serving Size: 2 scallops, 3 shrimp..1/2cup noodles
