Ingredients

    2.0 oz StarKist Chunk Light Tuna in Water (5 oz can = 4 oz tuna)
    3.0 1tsp Olive Oil
    0.5 tsp Tabasco Sauce
    0.33 tbsp Basil
    1.0 dash Salt
    1.0 dash Pepper, black
    2.0 serving Hard boiled eggs

Directions

Slice hard boiled eggs lengthwise and place you in a small bowl. With fork, mash yolks into fine crumbs. Drain and flake tuna. Mix into egg yolks. Add oil, Tabasco, and chopped basil and mix well. Divide mixture amongst the 4 egg white halves (I roll mixture into balls by hand and then smoosh into egg whites. Egg whites will be piled high.) Garnish with a sprinkle of chopped basil. Serve immediately and enjoy!
