    Chicken Breast
    Spinach

Directions

Season the Chicken breast to your liking.
Pre-heat the oven at 350
Take a sheet of Aluminum Foil and place the chicken and the spincah on the sheet. Fold the sheet up. Place the foil in the oven and let cook for 30-46 mins. Be careful when opening the foil.

    It was good cooked in the foil, but it was a little bland. Next time I will add a little garlic, and maybe some other seasonings too. - 3/13/07
