Ingredients

1 lb. Kroger Flake Style Crabtree Select Imitation Crab Meat
1 box Stove Top Stuffing Mix For Chicken
4 tbsp Kroger Spreadable Butter with Canola Oil
3 Mini sweet orange peppers
1 large Egg, beaten
8 oz shredded mozzarella part-skim milk
20 Whole medium sized white mushrooms ( approx 13 oz)
Directions
Preheat oven 350 F
Prepare stuffing mix according to directions on package, set aside until cooled down.
Remove stems from mushrooms and set aside.
In a food processor add mushrooms and sweet peppers and chop into small pieces. When done dump into a large bowl, add stuffing, "crab meat", cheese and beaten egg. Mix well. Form into balls and stuff into mushrooms. Cover loosely w/ foil.
Bake for 30 mins or until lightly golden brown. Remove foil after 15 mins and let it bake til golden.
Serving Size: Makes 20 mushrooms , serves 5 ( 4 each)
