Ingredients

    4 Tilapia filets (4 oz each)
    1/4 cup Bread Crumbs - Italian Style
    1.0 large Egg, fresh, whole, raw
    2 tbs Flour, (I use whole grain)

Directions

Coat pan with cooking spray, preheat oven to 350 Put 2 tbs flour on plate, 1 beaten egg on another plate, and 1/4 cup vm breadcrumbs on a 3rd plate press tilapia filets to coat with thin layer of flour, then coat with egg, then coat with breadcrumbs place filets on pan, then spray tops of filets with cooking spray Bake at 350 for 10 minutes
