Introduction

Healthy fresh summer treat! Healthy fresh summer treat!
Number of Servings: 3

Ingredients

    1 Mango, peeled, chopped
    2 apricots pitted, chopped
    1/8 tsp vanilla extract
    1/2 c 1% milk
    1/2 c low fat yogurt (your choice of flavor)
    1/2 c raspberries (I use frozen, fresh is good too)
    2 tsp fresh lemon juice
    ~6 ice cubes

Directions

Put all ingredients into blend and puree until smooth.

Try different flavor combos, such as different fruit, or different flavors of yogurt!
Also, you could add a scoop of vanilla or banana protein powder, which would add about 40 calories and 8g Protein per serving. :)
