Ingredients

    5.0 serving Azteca Flour Tortilla (10 Pack) 1 serving = 1 Tortilla
    5.0 oz Fricks Extra Lean 97% Hickory Smoked Sliced Ham
    4.0 large Egg, fresh, whole, raw
    0.5 cup MIlk, Prairie Farms 2% Milk
    0.5 tsp Salt
    0.25 tsp Pepper, black
    0.25 cup Cheese, Kroger Part Skim Mozzarella Cheese Shredded

Directions

Cut up ham and roll into tortillas. Line up in sprayed pan. Mix eggs with milk and seasonings and pour over tortillas. Top with cheese and cover. Bake at 350 for 25 min. Uncover and bake another 5 to 10 min til lightly browned.

    Very Good
    I made this for breaky this morning. I tweaked it just a bit. I used ground turkey instead of ham and poured red enchilada sauce over top and baked 25 min then sprinkled cheese over that and baked 5 more min. YUMMY!!! - 12/8/19
