    0.5 tbsp Ketchup, Heinz
    1.0 tsp Dijon Mustard (Great Value)
    1.0 tbsp Best Foods - Light Mayo
    2.0 slices Sara Lee Delightful Wheat Bread
    1.0 tbsp Smart Balance Buttery Spread
    0.06 cup smoky bacon cheddar cheese

Directions

Caramalize onion, fry egg, when hot add cheese. Pt on bread top wth sprouts and condiments.
