Ingredients

8 Granny Smith Apples, peeled & sliced
    1 fl oz Orange Juice
    2 Tbsp Granulated Sugar
    4 Tbsp packed Brown Sugar
1 tsp Cinnamon or desired pie spice blend
    1/4 cup quick oats
    1/4 cup GrapeNuts cereal

Tips

Yes this is fairly high carb on it's own, however paired with a lovely fresh Greek yogurt it makes a fantastic breakfast. You could in theory leave out the white sugar if planning to eat it as applesauce.

Directions

Mix apples, sugars, juice, & spice(s) in instant pot. Cook at high pressure for 2 minutes, then do a 10 minute NPR.

Mix well, then stir in oats & GrapeNuts.

Store in fridge. May be put directly in jar with homemade yogurt.
