Ingredients

    3 cup Romaine lettuce, torn
    1 slice bacon, cooked and crumbled
    1 large Hard Boiled Egg , chopped
    4 ounces Chicken Breast (cooked), no skin, grilled
    0.25 Avocados, California (Haas)
    0.5 oz Blue Cheese

Tips

all ingredients can be cooked and even chopped ahead of time so that this goes together really quickly and easily later.


Directions

place torn romain on large plate.

add crumbled ingredients (in individual lines if you want to be classically correct. it is lovely this way for the sake of presentation.) over the top,

drizzle with red wine vinegrette (recipe listed separately)
