Number of Servings: 15

Ingredients

29.5 oz Salmon Pink Canned Kroger 2 oz (Two 14.75oz cans) drained and flaked, crush bones between fingers
6 tbsp Kroger olive oil mayo
2 large Egg, fresh, whole, raw
1/2,cup Flour - Gold medal all purpose flour
    1/2 cup Yellow Cornmeal
1 tsp Onion powder or garlic powder whichever you prefer
1/2 tsp Salt-free Mrs. Dash Seasoning Blend Table Blend
1/3 tsp Celery Salt ( optional) I usually keep my recipes salt free and lower sodium
1 tsp black pepper, coarse or cracked or ground
Olive oil for frying in skillet

Tips

I found the mixture a little sticky but still easy to work with and shape into patties to cook.

Directions

Drain two cans of salmon and flake in bowl then add 2 eggs and the mayo and mix well. I usually measure out the flour and cornmeal, then the spices into a separate bowl then I add at the time I start heating the oil into the skillet for the patties to lightly brown.
I cook mine over a med-high heat and push down and flip with a spatula until desired goldenness on both sides then I remove then and place on a paper towel to drain the excess grease off of them. Serve with your favorite sides or on slider buns for a healthier burger.
