Introduction

Pulled Pork for those with an Autoimmune Disease Pulled Pork for those with an Autoimmune Disease
Number of Servings: 1

Ingredients

    88 oz Pork Shoulder (pork butt, picnic roast)
    24 tbsp Balsamic Vinegar
    4 tbsp Molasses
    2 tsp Garlic powder
    2 tsp Dried Thyme (by ARCTIC.ORCA)
    2 tsp Morton Extra Coarse Sea Salt (by SFUMENTO)
    1 tsp Cinnamon, ground
    1 tsp ground turmeric (by INSPIREDBYCHJ)

Directions

Place 5.5 lbs of pork in the slow cooker

Rub down with Garlic, Thyme, Salt, Cinnamon, Tumeric and Molasses (I mixed it all in a bowl before rubbing down pork)

Pour in the Balsamic Vinegar, Cover and Cook on low for 8 to 10 minutes. Once it is done cooking, use 2 forks to pull apart the pork.
