Ingredients

    101.4 oz Zico Coconut Water (1 L)
    8 oz Pom Wonderful Pomegranate Juice
    4 oz Welch’s Grape Juice Concentrate
    14.6 oz Glacier Water

Tips

I'm trying to minimize my sodium and increase potassium in my diet while also replacing electrolytes after my workout.


Directions

Mix 3 (1 L) containers of Coconut water (Got mine from Costco). Add in 1/2 a container of Welch's White Grape Juice Concentrate and 1 c Pomegranate Juice. Dilute with water to 1 gallon (should be a little less than 2 c). Keep in fridge. Drink

Serving Size: Makes a gallon, I drink 8-24 oz depending on how I feel.
