Ingredients

16 oz Chicken, Publix Rotisserie Mojo Chicken (deboned & skinned and chopped)
2 cup Cut Leaf Spinach - Frozen thawed and drained
1 tbsp minced onions
8 oz Cream Cheese
.50 cup Mayonnaise, regular (mayo)
0.50 cup Sour Cream
.5 cup, crumbled Feta Cheese (or more)
2 oz Mozzarella Cheese, part skim milk
Salt and pepper.
Greek seasoning.
Directions
Preheat oven to 350 if baking immediately. Or you can prep ahead and keep in the refrigerator for a day or two.
Combine cream cheese, sour cream, mayo, and spices and mix thoroughly. I do this first in a big metal bowl.
In the big bowl combine the cream cheese mixture you just made with the chicken, spinach, feta cheese, and mix well. Dump into a 9x13 baking dish sprayed with cooking spray. Sprinkle mozzarella cheese on top. Bake until hot about 35 minutes.
