    2 large Egg, fresh, whole, raw
    81 gram(s) Spinach, Chopped, Best Choice (1 cup)
    4 cup Cauliflower, raw
    50 grams Cheddar Cheese
    1 clove Garlic
    Mixed Italian herbs
    Salt and peper to taste

Tips

Directions

Grate the cauliflower or use food processor to make cauliflower rice. Chop the spinach. Add all the ingredients in a boll and mix well. Spray you muffin tray to prevent sticking. Bake in a preheated 200 degrees oven for 20-25 min. Enjoy
