Introduction

Ingredients

    6 serving Macaroni, Velveta Shells & Cheese, 1 cup
    16 oz beef - ground extra lean 97/3 (4oz) (by MAE23321)
    32 tbsp Pace Chunky Salsa - Mild

Tips

This is not low cal but everything in moderation and really I can't say it enough even as a reminder to myself treat it like a side and fill the plate with other healthy things like fruits and veggies. Also if you can find the macaroni in whole wheat use it its good and adds that healthy fiber we all need.


Directions

Brown beef set aside, cook macaroni according to instruction. Drain mix with beef and salsa heat through and serve.
