2 cup Hunt's Tomato Sauce, no salt added
1 cup, chopped Onions, raw
4 serving Publix Organic Black Beans - 1/2 Cup (by LGABOURY)
12 serving Jiffy Corn Bread, 1/6 of bread (by KRISLEEB)
2 cup Kidney Bean Red, 1 cup from can drained rinsed (by RZWAAG)
2 T minced garlic
Directions
cook meat with onion and garlic and drain
add sauce and beans and let simmer for 15 minutes
pour into 9x12 pan
mix cornbread mixture and spread over top
cook in over at 400 for 20 minutes or until cornbread cooked all the way through.
