Ingredients

    1.75 cup Vegetable Broth
    2.0 medium (2-1/4" to 3-1/4" dia.) Potato, raw
    1.0 cup Beans, white
    2.0 pepper Jalapeno Peppers
    50.0 gram(s) bell pepper, red, sweet, raw
    3.0 tsp Lawry's Taco Seasoning
    2 tsp garlic powder
    2 tsp onion powder
    Salt and pepper to taste
    3.0 tbsp Kal Nutritional Yeast Flakes

Directions

Cook beans and potatoes in vegetable stock with 1 chopped jalepeno and half the red pepper. Blend and put back into pot. Add seasonings and rest of finely chopped jalepeno and pepper and nutritional yeast. Use as a dipping sauce or in a casserole.
