I love the ease of crockpot recipes. This one is so simple! Just 4 ingredients.There is no need to add salt or pepper to your meat for this recipe. The soup mix provides plenty of salt and flavor. I love the ease of crockpot recipes. This one is so simple! Just 4 ingredients.

5 Great Value Walmart boneless ,skinless chicken breast
-18 oz jar of Smucker's Apricot Preserves
1 cup Marketside Orange Juice No Pulp
1 envelope of Lipton Onion Soup Mix (2 oz)
Directions
1) Mix the preserves, orange juice, and soup mix in a bowl.
2) Add the chicken to the crockpot.
3) Pour your sauce mixture over the chicken.
(I put however many pieces fit on the bottom, add half the sauce, then the rest of the chicken and remaining sauce, so that each piece is covered well)
4) Cook on low for 5 hours, or until chicken is tender. (You can check it at 4 hours)
Serving Size: Makes 5 pieces
