Ingredients

    16 tbsp Bob's Red Mill Coconut Flour (by BABYHUNT)
    16 tbsp Bob's Red Mill - Organic Whole Ground Flax Seed Meal
    12 large Egg, fresh, whole, raw
    0.5 cup Milk, SO Delicious® Coconut Milk, unsweetened, 1 cup serving
    2 1tsp Coconut Oil
    4 tbsp Now Psyllium Husk Powder
    2 tbsp Apple Cider Vinegar, Bragg's Organic
    1 tsp Pink Himalayan Sea Salt (Evolution Salt Co) (by TAMMAGDALENO)
    2 tsp Baking Powder
    .5 tbsp Bicarbonate of Soda (by LIZZY63)

Directions

Mix everything together in blender or Thermomix
sprinkle with sesame/sunflower seeds
175c for 50mins
