Ingredients

    250 gram(s) Odlums Self Raising Flour (by NORMAINIRELAND)
    300 gram Flour - Strong Wholemeal Bread Flour (Hovis) (by ASTROCHEF)
    100 grams Kellogg's Common Sense Oat Bran Flakes Cereal
    3 tbsp chia seeds
    2 tsp Dark Brown Sugar, Pure Cane Sugar
    .5 tbsp Bicarbonate of Soda (by LIZZY63)
    1 tsp Baking Powder
    1 large Egg, fresh, whole, raw
    20 fl oz Buttermilk, lowfat

Directions

Mix dry ingredients in a bowl. Mix egg and buttermilk separately. Combine quickly and divide mixture into 2 half pound loaf tins. Bake at 190 celcius for 35 mins. Each loaf makes ten slices.
