Ingredients

    1.5 tbsp Butter, salted
    1 tbsp Maple Syrup
    2 medium (2-1/2" dia)
    0.75 cup Blueberries, fresh

Tips

A healthy topping that's perfect for use on pancakes, waffles, ice cream or even cooked oatmeal.


Directions

Melt butter in a cast iron skillet, add sliced peaches, blueberries, and maple syrup. Cook on medium heat, stirring constantly until blueberries start to "pop", turn off heat (cast iron skillet will keep compote warm).
