    2 tbsp *Flax Seed Meal (ground flax)
    .5 serving Cocao Nibs, 1/4 cup (by ZSAZSA4EVER)
    .25 cup Spinach, fresh
    0.25 cup, unthawed Blueberries, frozen (unsweetened)
    4 oz Great Value Almond Milk unsweetened
