Introduction

Step to Health weight loss water made with chia seeds, water, fresh lemon juice and grated ginger. Step to Health weight loss water made with chia seeds, water, fresh lemon juice and grated ginger.

Ingredients

    1 Lemon, fresh squeezed, juice of one whole lemon
    2 cups Water, tap
    2 tsp Ginger Root
    1 packet Stevia Extract In The Raw Sugar Substitute (optional)
    1 Tbsp chia seeds

Directions

Mix water and chia seeds and let sit overnight in fridge. I use a quart mason jar. In am add lemon juice from one freshly squeezed lemon and grate 2 teaspoons of ginger. Either shake well or blend until smooth depending on your preference. Stir in stevia packet or raw honey depending on diet. (4hr body doesn't allow honey). Makes 3 servings to be drunk that day. 1 serving in am before breakfast. 1 serving before lunch and 1 serving before either dinner or second lunch.
