Ingredients

0.25 tsp Salt
1 tbsp Parsley
6 tsp Garlic Minced
1 oz Lemon Juice
0.50 tbsp Paprika
12 oz Shrimp - Peeled & Deveined
2.0 tbsp Extra Virgin Olive Oil
Tips
Served with Jasmine Rice and steamed broccoli
Directions
Peel and toss shrimp with salt.
Heat large skillet over high heat until hot.
Lightly coat pan with 1 tsp of olive oil. Heat until lightly smoking.
Add shrimp so in one layer. Cook just until golden and orange.
Transfer to plate.
Reduce heat to medium high, add remaining oil. Add garlic and cook, stirring until light golden but not browned (about 2 minutes)
Stir in paprika, return shrimp to pan. Reduce heat slightly and cook shrimp until opaque (about 1 minute)
Stir in parsley, cilantro, and lemon juice.
Serve shrimp with pan sauce spooned over top.
