Ingredients

1 piece (1/8 of 9" crust) Pie crust, frozen, ready-to-bake
6 tomato Red Ripe Tomatoes
6 serving Green Onion (fresh-1 stalk)
1 serving fresh basil: serving size 5 leaves (by CHUCKLES07)
1 cup Reduced fat mayonaise 2/3 cup (by DISALAN)
1 cup Kraft 2% Shredded Cheddar Cheese
1 cup Cheese - Kraft Mozzerella Shredded
Tips
sometimes we top with bacon. i added a thin sliced poblano pepper from our garden as well
Directions
Preheat oven to 350.
halve tomatoes and squeeze out juice then dice. place in colander salt and pepper let it continue to drain.
Bake 9 inch pie shell for about 10 minutes.
thin slice green onions and basil leaves.
layer tomatoes and onion and basil in pie shell. mix mayo, and cheeses, add spices to taste and top the tomatoes with the mixture. Add spices you like; salt, pepper, garlic, etc. Bake 25-30 minutes at 350.
