Ingredients

    8.0 oz Tyson boneless, skinless chicken breast
    2.0 cup Spaghetti, cooked without added salt (pasta)
    4.0 clove Garlic
    0.25 cup, chopped Onions, raw
    2.0 serving Sugar Snap Peas, Raw ` edible-podded, raw [Snowpeas, Sugar snap peas] 10 pea pods 34g
    0.25 package (10 oz) Broccoli, frozen
    1.0 cup, pieces or slices Mushrooms, fresh
    0.25 serving 1 Med. Green Bell Pepper
    1.0 cup Spinach, fresh
    4.0 tbsp Kikkoman Less Sodium Soy Sauce
    1.0 tbsp Nakano Seasoned Rice Vinegar
    1.0 tsp Ginger, ground
    0.25 tsp Pepper, red or cayenne
    0.5 tsp Onion powder
    2.0 tbsp Extra Virgin Olive Oil
    1.0 1tsp Peanut Oil
    0.12 cup Cornstarch

Directions

Prep everything by chopping all the vegetables and mixing the sauce ingredients (all except the oils). Begin by cooking the pasta. Heat half the oils in a wok. Add chicken and stir constantly until cooked thoroughly. Place chicken in a bowl. Heat the rest of the oils. Quickly cook the onions and garlic until they begin to brown. Add the other vegetables. Cook over high heat for a couple of minutes, stirring constantly. Add the chicken back and the sauce. Cook and stir for another minute. Add the cooked pasta and stir. Serve immediately.
