    4 Small Russet Potatoes with skin
    1 -2 tsp Braggs Liquid Aminos or Sea Salt
    1 pinch of Mrs. Dash Seasoning Blend
    Black pepper to taste


Place oven rack in center of over. Preheat oven to 350. Scrub and slice potatoes 1/8 inch thick, leaving skin on. Arrange slices directly on the oven rack in a single layer. Bake until golden brown and crispy, about 8 - 10 minutes. Place in serving bowl and sprinkle with Braggs Liquid Aminos (or Sea Salt), Mrs. Dash and pepper to taste.
