    2 cups V8 Reduced Sodium Vegetable Juice
    7 cups of 365 O Organic Diced Tomatoes
    2 large peeled cucumbers
    2 raw medium sized onions
    2 large raw green (or red) peppers
    3 cloves of garlic
    2 tbsp red wine vinegar
    2 tbsp Olive oil
    9 slices of Turkey Bacon (trader joe's)


in cuisinart, just chop to desired size all the veggies and delicious tomatoes

stir in tomato juice and all veggies, and top off with pan fried turkey bacon (trader joe's is best, cooking time is the 10 minutes - most likely less), and top off with some sour cream! DELICIOUS!
