Ingredients

    2 large Egg, fresh, whole, raw
    1.75 cup Dairy - Lactaid Fat Free Milk 100% Lactose Free
    4 tsp Baking Powder
    3 tsp Granulated Sugar
    .5 cup Canola Oil
    2 cup Flour, white

Tips

Separating the eggs and beating the whites help make the waffles fluffy, but it's not entirely necessary


Directions

Warm up the waffle iron
Mix all dry ingredients
in a separate bowl, separate the egg whites from the yolks
beat the whites until they make soft peaks
mix the remaining ingredients until smooth
add the whites and mix in
Pour batter on to hot iron and cook for 3-5 minutes per waffle

Serving Size: Makes 10-12 waffles using 1 and a half 1/3 cu measuring cups full of batter
