    18 tbsp All Whites Liquid Egg White (3 Tbsp=1 large egg's white)
    3 cup Jimmy Dean Hearty Turkey Sausage Crumbles
    6 large Egg, fresh, whole, raw
    0.25 cup Almond Milk - Silk Original
    2 cup Great Value Finely Shredded Mild Reduced Fat Cheddar Cheese
    0.25 tsp Pepper, black

Directions

Preheat oven to 375 degrees
Mix all ingredients together.
Spray a 12 cup muffin pan and fill each cup evenly
